Fairy Godmother Package

Preparation for your Wedding Day

  • Initial consultation to explain the planning & coordination process.

  • Unlimited email communication from date of contract.

  • Unlimited phone communication during the month of your wedding.

  • Advice on how to personalize your wedding and how to stay within your budget.

  • One week prior to the ceremony, all vendors listed in the contract will be contacted to verify details of their services.

  • Contact all vendors listed.

  • Create timeline for the wedding day that will be distributed amongst bridal party & vendors.

  • Create setup sheet to help ensure all décor items are collected and properly placed in designated areas.

  • Staffing available for DIY venues; Bussing, Wait and bartending staff. 

  • Decor rental packages available; Triangle Arch, centerpieces, Wedding signs, Marquee LOVE sign, etc.

  • Rentals available, tables, chairs, linen- ( see rentals page)


  • Organize Rehearsal.

  • Distribute timeline for Wedding day to Bridal party, review and answer any questions.

Wedding Day

  • Up to 8 hours of services on your wedding day.

  • Manage vendors per your instructions, either by phone, text or in person.

  • Manage Wedding Party.

  • Manage all vendor & décor setup at ceremony & reception.

  • Organize and distribute all personal flowers (if needed) to family & wedding party.

  • Provide Bridal Emergency Kit.

  • Facilitate the wedding ceremony.

  • Setup and break down table numbers/place cards, favors, toasting glasses, center pieces (unless made by florist) – Can be placed in designated car or bridal suite.

  • Collect all gifts & cards and place in bridal suite.

  • Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/ events during reception.

  • Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances.
